    Entrepreneurial Process

The Entrepreneurial Process is the step-by-step journey that an entrepreneur takes to create, develop, and run a successful business. It involves turning an idea into a real business through planning, action, and growth.

    🔹 1. Idea Generation

    • This is the starting point.
    • The entrepreneur identifies a business idea based on a problem, need, or opportunity in the market.
    • The idea can come from personal experience, market research, innovation, or a gap in the existing market.

Example: Noticing that people want healthier fast food options and creating a brand around that idea.

    🔹 2. Feasibility Study / Opportunity Evaluation

    • The entrepreneur checks if the idea is practical and profitable.
    • This involves studying:
      • Market demand
      • Competitors
      • Costs and risks
      • Customer needs
    • A business plan is often created at this stage.

Goal: Make sure the idea is worth pursuing before investing time and money.

    🔹 3. Planning

    • After confirming the idea is viable, the entrepreneur makes a detailed business plan, which includes:
      • Goals and objectives
      • Marketing strategy
      • Financial planning
      • Resource management
      • Legal and operational structure

A business plan acts like a roadmap for success.

    🔹 4. Resource Gathering

    • The entrepreneur gathers all necessary resources to start the business, such as:
      • Capital (money)
      • People (team or staff)
      • Equipment and tools
      • Raw materials

This step also includes finding investors or applying for loans.

    🔹 5. Launching the Business

    • The actual start of operations.
    • The entrepreneur sets up the business location (physical or online), markets the product or service, and starts selling to customers.

It’s where planning turns into action.

🔹 6. Managing and Growing the Business

    • Once the business is running, the entrepreneur must:
      • Monitor performance
      • Solve problems
      • Adapt to changes
      • Innovate and improve
      • Expand if the business is successful

This phase is about sustainability and growth.

    ✅ Summary of the Steps:

    1. Idea Generation
    2. Feasibility Study
    3. Business Planning
    4. Resource Gathering
    5. Business Launch
